Responsibilities
1. Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence with an unwavering customer focus.
2. Spearheading the development of groundbreaking AI technologies, particularly in AI-driven analytics, and real-time data processing, to elevate our product offerings.
3. Working closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors about investment risk and return
4. Working closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement
5. Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers

Qualifications
01. Leadership experience in a B2B SaaS startup preferably with electronics/manufacturing experience
02. Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and software development processes.
03. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
04. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
05. Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
06. In-depth experience in the sale of technologically sophisticated products or complete solutions and the successful initiation of large-scale strategic projects.
07. several years of management experience appropriate to the position as well as the desire and ability to shape the innovative company to continue to be successful.
08. High strategic competence as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
09. Expert understanding of corporate finance and business management
10. Strong knowledge of financial, technical, and economic concepts
11. Proven success as a senior executive managing departmental teams
12. Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance
